Shane Deckert
Shane is a licensed Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, and has a BS in Civil Engineering and a minor in Spanish. He also has his Masters degree in Business Administration.
Shane has 15 years of experience in the military, consisting of work in building design and construction. He has taken on his own development projects, turning land into profitable AirBnB’s, as well as multiple ventures in rental properties.
Shane is also a proud father, avid runner, and enjoys spending time traveling the world with his family.
Shane started his real estate investing career in 2018, purchasing his first rental unit in California, and now owns a portfolio of residential rental units, is a General Partner in 44 units, and is a Limited Partner in over 150 units.
Shane’s primary responsibilities included project and renovation management, creating, overseeing and managing our CAPEX budget, inspections and creating our business plan and participating in Asset Management.
