Shane Deckert
Shane is a licensed Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, and has a BS in Civil Engineering and a minor in Spanish. He also has his Masters degree in Business Administration.
Shane has 14 years of experience in the military, consisting of work in building design and construction. He has taken on his own development projects, turning land into profitable AirBnB’s, as well as multiple ventures in rental properties.
Shane is also a proud father, avid runner, and enjoys spending time traveling the world with his family.
Shane started his real estate investing career in 2018, purchasing his first rental unit in California, and now owns a portfolio of residential rental units and is a Limited Partner in over 150 units.
Shane’s primary responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting new deals, contract negotiations, overseeing due diligence and obtaining debt financing.
