Jake Oreskovich

Jake is a passionate entrepreneur, real estate investor, father and husband.
He has been an active real estate investor since 2009. Before investing in his hometown of Pueblo, Southern Colorado, he was an on-site property manager at a 48-unit apartment complex in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Most of Jake’s career has revolved around real estate and construction. Along with an impressive real estate portfolio, he currently owns and operates a maintenance company called Patriot Sealcoating. The company offers training and development, consulting, materials lab testing and operations. In 2019, Jake became a silent partner and passive investor in the company.
Jake’s primary responsibilities include Direct to Seller campaigns and systems.
